Low residual stress
Due to its specialised production process, Murylon® 6 cast natural has the lowest levels of residual stress and is therefore especially suitable for components requiring lower tolerances in dry environments. Its production process (casting) also makes it the ideal material for large sizes or complex designs. Optimum abrasion and wear resistance at low to medium temperatures are among its other qualities.
Contact with food
Murylon® 6 cast natural is physiologically safe and can, on request, be supplied with approval for direct contact with food (EU directive and FDA).
