Downloading the design questionnaire
Our design questionnaires are PDF forms which can be filled out. To use all the functions, proceed as follows:
- Use the right-hand mouse button to click the download link and then choose 'Save Target As...' from the context menu.
- Now save the file on your local PC.
- Open the document and fill in the form with your data.
- Click to send the document to technik@murtfeldt.de by e-mail. The PDF file is sent to us for processing.
- Alternatively, you can send your data by fax: Simply print out the filled-in form and fax it to: 0049 (0) 231 / 20609-518.
